You are more than welcome to return any items that you aren't satisfied with within 30 DAYS of purchase!! Contact our Customer Service and ship the item back for a full refund (given the piece is in the same condition as purchased). After 30 days, we can not accept it as a general return and a refund cannot be given.

Everyone who purchases Sloane Adams Jewelry OR sculpture automatically get a LIFETIME WARRENTY on all of your pieces needing MINOR REPAIRS! Unfortunately though, we can not replace LOST items.
